Regularization of Registration

Students who missed the registration deadline, must fill out the attached form and send it to the Program Secretariat by e-mail (ppghdl.fflch@usp.br) accompanied by what is requested, namely:

1) Letter from the student, addressed to the Program Coordinating Committee (CCP), justifying the non-enrollment

2) Letter from the advisor stating that he/she is aware and in agreement with the request


IMPORTANT:

- Students with 2 (two) consecutive semesters without an enrollment in the program (either in a discipline or in monitoring), must fill in all these fields to regularize their situation;
- Failure to do so will result in the automatic dismissal of the student from the graduate program;
- Avoid inconveniences, register every semester using the Janus system.
